On several occasions while working on your Mac, you may encounter the following error message:

This problem may occur due to many reasons, eg due to incorrect settings in the Bluetooth, corrupted drivers, the Bluetooth module in the faulty laptop, etc.
Resolution:
Perform the following steps to resolve the problem.
1. Make sure that Bluetooth on laptop and Bluetooth-enabled devices.
The laptops have a wireless switch and you need to button the Bluetooth function in your system and make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on the laptop to activate it, right-click the Bluetooth icon in the desktop and select Activate. If the icon is not available and can be found on the icon of the taskbar.
